What is a herxheimer reactionHerxheimer refers to what happens to the body if large numbers of pathogens, in this case, are killed. I have experienced herxheimer several times and it is not pleasant. This is why it is best to keep the MMS doses low if one has to work at a job. At the very least, I have found herxheimer to cause me to have a runny nose and some lung congestion, at the most, diarrhea and vomiting to the point of hardly being able to walk. Of course this is from taking more extreme doses. One should read my herxheimer link on my MMS blog blog link here to understand more about it. Particularly the section of "preparing for herxheimer". On another note, MMS can be taken non-acidified, it is very alkaline and will help with stamina(my experience) but I would recommed that a person take minimal doses of the product(my own experience- increase doses very slowly(1 drop of 28% sodium chlorite is very powerful and as it works through a persons body, if it hits a pocket of pathogens it can cause a sudden pathogen mass kill), due to the possibility of sudden toxin releases in the form of nausea and or diarrhea from flash kills of internal microbes and the subsequent toxin releases) and avoid any excessively acid beverages(sodas) while away from home and before going out in public, because of the potential of toxin release from sudden pathogen kills that may result. It has been my experience that sodium chlorite can exist in a persons' body if taken in the non-acidified form until activated later by a soda or other acid beverage and that this can trigger delayed diarrhea and/or nausea even though it didn't cause diarrhea or nausea initially. This can be very embarrasing in public, especially if a mass discharge of pathogen toxins occurs in public--and it can and does happen. |
